We would like to welcome you to the South-East Eagles Basketball Club's website.
Our Club is run by a hard-working dedicated group of volunteers who put in a lot of hours each week to enable us to fi eld seventy junior teams and twelve senior teams each week. With over five hundred players playing basketball for us each week, we try to make it fun and enjoyable for all.
Our aim at the Eagles is to offer new players the opportunity to play basketball in an atmosphere where enjoyment and sportsmanship are paramount. New players are placed in teams with players of equal ability and skills. We also like to place new players with coaches who can teach new players the basic skills to make the game enjoyable.
At the Eagles we have teams in all age groups and all levels, from A Grade to E Grade and all players regardless of Grade are treated as equals. Our coaches are all well informed with any changes to the rules to enable them to keep their players up to date. The players, coaches, team managers, parents and supports of the Eagles must adhere to Basketball Victoria’s Codes of Conduct and the ugly parent and supporter syndrome will not be tolerated. We have our annual Presentation Night each year and it is a great fun night for all the family. At the end of the year we have a BBQ and fun night for all our players and coaches.
The South-East Eagles is a family club and we will do our best to make your time with us a happy one. Our Committee are always available to talk to you at any time.
